By accessing the ARAGS Autonomous Operating System (AOS), the User (Clinic/Subscriber) agrees to abide by the Explainable ARAGS Standard, which mandates absolute transparency, reasoning integrity, and data sovereignty. This agreement establishes the "floor" for all clinical and administrative interactions within the platform.
ARAGS provides a military-grade, sovereign platform that treats clinical data as an active resource. The service includes high-fidelity autonomous pipelines, Zero-Training interfaces, and agentic reasoning aimed at reducing administrative friction.
Ownership: All clinical data, including patient records, diagnostic images, and billing codes, remains the exclusive property of the User.
Privacy Firewall: ARAGS employs a proactive redaction layer to mask 15+ PHI/PII categories before any data is utilized for diagnostic briefs or logs.
Zero Cross-Pollination: Your data is stored in a physically isolated Clinic Silo; ARAGS programmatically prevents cross-tenant data leakage via mandatory repository-level filters.
Human-in-the-Loop (HITL): Users acknowledge that clinical intelligence is the ultimate authority. Actions with a confidence score below 0.879 or those involving high-risk transitions require manual verification by the User.
Verification: Users are responsible for auditing AI-generated summaries and referral letters via the "Right-Click for Reasoning" feature before finalizing patient records.
Provisioning: Dedicated infrastructure resources, including Firestore UUIDs and secure buckets, are provisioned only upon successful payment confirmation.
Agentic Capacity: Subscription tiers (Starter to Enterprise) determine the query volume and Gemini quotas available to the User.
Stripe Integration: All financial transactions are managed via the secure Stripe Checkout Portal.
The ARAGS architecture, including the Trilingual Audit Trail, the Antigravity Logic Engine, and the Sovereign UI Engine, is the exclusive property of ARAGS Inc.. Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use the AOS within the scope of their subscription tier.
Regional Locking: ARAGS utilizes "Fail-Closed" logic to ensure data remains within its intended jurisdiction (e.g., Canada or the US).
Auditability: Users have access to the Bilingual Audit Trail, providing an immutable record of all reasoning (A2A) and interactions (A2UI).
Right to be Forgotten: Upon termination of service, ARAGS implements an automated Erasure Protocol to physically delete document vectors and associated metadata in compliance with GDPR and PIPEDA.
Data Portability: Users may utilize the Structured Migration protocol to export their clinical vault prior to account closure.
