Your medical clinic.
Running the way it should.

Less admin. More time with patients. No stress.
ARAGS is the office layer beside your EMR — the phone, the notes, the documents, and one assistant that knows your practice.

Sound familiar?

If you run a medical clinic, or the front desk of one, some of this is your day.

📞

The phone never stops

Appointments, refills, results, callbacks, the same three questions all day. When the front desk is on the phone, the waiting room waits — and so does the person on hold.

📠

Results and letters arrive as paper

Lab results, consult letters, imaging reports, faxes. They land in a pile or an inbox, and finding the one you need takes longer than reading it would.

🌙

The charting follows you home

The visit ends at ten minutes. The note doesn't. Evenings go to catching up on the day's documentation instead of to the rest of your life.

✉️

Referrals wait on you

You said "refer to cardiology" in the room. Now someone has to write the letter, find the address, and chase it. Days pass before it leaves the building.

🔄

Staff turnover resets everything

Every time someone leaves, the training starts over. How the clinic actually runs lives in people's heads, not in the system — and walks out the door with them.

🛡️

Privacy is yours to answer for

Under the Health Information Act you are the custodian. Every system, every vendor, every file is your responsibility — and staying on top of it while running a clinic is a job of its own.

"Nobody waits on hold because you are in a room with someone."

That's what ARAGS gives your front desk back. And your evenings.

Here's what ARAGS does for your clinic

Not AI in theory. What it actually does in a day, and nothing goes out until you say so.

The phone gets answered

Your clinic gets a line answered by ARAGS. A patient says what they need in plain words; it checks your calendar, offers times, books, reschedules or cancels, and confirms. You see every call as it happens, with what was asked and what was booked.

Dictate between patients

Dictate in the dashboard and it is transcribed within seconds. File it to the record or discard it — the audio is destroyed the moment it is filed. Say "refer to cardiology" and it proposes the referral letter, drafted from your words, ready for you to read, change and sign.

Every document, findable

Reports, letters and results go into one inbox, are screened, filed, and become searchable. Ask "what did the cardiologist say about the ECG" and it answers from your documents and shows you which file it came from. If the answer isn't there, it says so.

Your calendar, by asking

Today's schedule, hold some time, move an appointment — done in your Google Calendar. Ask for a letter, a form or a document from one of your own templates and it drafts it in your Drive for review.

It sits beside your EMR

ARAGS is not an EMR and does not replace your charting and billing. It is the office layer around it: the phone, the calendar, dictation, documents, and one assistant that remembers your practice from one day to the next.

Yours, in Canada, on the record

Your clinic gets its own silo — its own database and storage, shared with no one, held in Google's Canadian region. You remain the custodian under the Health Information Act; ARAGS acts as your information manager under a written agreement. Every action is written to a trail you can open and read.

What we measure with you

The first medical clinics are joining now. We publish what the trail shows — measured, not promised.

Minutes
back per clinician, per day —
counted from the trail
Zero
patient details in operational logs —
the trail records what happened, not what was said
Nightly
the whole system checks itself,
and we read the results every morning
